Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery time for international orders is between 7 to 15 business days. Standard delivery fees are calculated at checkout, and free shipping is provided on qualifying orders over the specified threshold.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually updated within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Delays
Conturve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs processing delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.
